The ruins of an abandoned seaside mill village on the shingle between Seaford and Newhaven.

A tide mill worked here until 1883, and at its height about 100 people lived in the village around it.
The last residents left during the Second World War, and the site now lies within the South Downs National Park.
The mill race sluice and other remains can still be seen, and the beach beside it has views along Seaford Bay.
