Quick facts

Its regeneration began in 2002, led by a charity funded by Saga founder Roger De Haan.

The buildings the charity owns are painted in bright colours, many of them carrying Triennial artworks.

It has restored about 90 buildings, now home to some 115 studios and offices and over 50 shops.
