Quick facts

It is a 150-hectare local nature reserve, part of the Seaford to Beachy Head Site of Special Scientific Interest.

A circular walk of roughly 4.5 miles from the Martello Tower takes in views of the Seven Sisters, Hope Gap and Cuckmere Haven.

Dogs must be kept on a lead because livestock graze the reserve, and walkers should keep well back from the crumbling chalk edge.
