Grantchester Meadows

The meadows run along the River Cam between Cambridge and the village, and can be walked or cycled on the Grantchester Grind path.

Pink Floyd named a song after them, and the ITV series Grantchester films its river and picnic scenes here.

The riverside floods in wet weather, so the path can be muddy or under water in winter.
