Bosham Sailing Club, founded in 1907 and described as the oldest in Chichester Harbour, has its clubhouse in the Old Mill on the quay.
The road along the shore floods at spring tides, and a car left parked there has been found floating off the quay.
Chichester Harbour around Bosham is protected as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, a Special Protection Area and a Special Area of Conservation.
